• Review and analyze fraud alerts, account activity and transactional data for unusual or suspected fraudulent activity generated from the fraud and transaction monitoring systems.

• Conduct due diligence, evaluate the circumstances, and recommend appropriate risk-based actions and measures for any case of potential fraud; escalate where necessary.
